These Terms of Service apply to your use of MiracleChum.com and purchases made from Miracle Chum.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Miracle Chum offers fishing-related products, accessories, chum products, consumables, and product prototypes, including the Miracle Chum Dispenser (MCD).

Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, features, packaging, and specifications may change as our products are improved.

Prototype and test products may differ from later production or retail versions.

Safe Product Use

Fishing involves inherent risks.

Customers are responsible for safely using Miracle Chum products and selecting appropriate:

Fishing line
Knots
Weights
Hooks and tackle
Attachment methods
Rods and other fishing equipment

Customers should inspect their MCD, fishing line, knots, connections, weights, and related equipment before each use.

Do not use damaged equipment.

Customers are also responsible for following applicable fishing, boating, wildlife, environmental, and local regulations.

Product Performance

Fishing results can vary substantially based on location, species, weather, water conditions, current, season, chum selection, fishing technique, and other factors.

Miracle Chum does not guarantee that use of an MCD or any chum product will result in catching fish.

Orders & Pricing

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including due to:

Inventory errors
Pricing errors
Payment issues
Suspected fraud
Shipping restrictions
Product availability

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Prices, products, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when available.

Prototype & Tester Products

Products identified as prototypes, beta-test units, tester units, promotional items, giveaways, or free products are intended for evaluation and feedback.

Prototype products may contain experimental features and may differ from the final retail product.

Photos, Videos & Testimonials

Customers and prototype testers may voluntarily submit feedback, testimonials, photographs, and videos to Miracle Chum.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it.

Where required by applicable law, Miracle Chum will obtain any additional permission necessary before using identifiable testimonial content in advertising or promotional materials.

Intellectual Property

The Miracle Chum name, MCD branding, product graphics, website content, photographs, packaging designs, written instructions, and other original Miracle Chum content are owned by Miracle Chum or used with permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.

Website Use

You may not use MiracleChum.com to:

Commit fraud
Attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with operation of the website
Introduce malicious software or code
Violate applicable law

Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party providers for payment processing, shipping, website hosting, analytics, and other services.

These providers may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Except for any written product warranty expressly provided by Miracle Chum and rights that cannot legally be excluded, our products are provided without additional warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miracle Chum is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from improper use, modification, lost fishing equipment, broken fishing line, failed knots, environmental conditions, or failure to follow product instructions.
