OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
AN MCD DEVICE IS REQUIRED. Each entry must clearly show an authentic Miracle Chum Dispenser in use. Free prototypes, gifted, borrowed, and purchased MCD devices qualify. General fishing videos without an MCD are not eligible.
1. Sponsor and contest
The MCD $100 Monthly Fishing Challenge is presented by Miracle Chum Dispenser (Sponsor), through miraclechum.com. Contact: info@miraclechum.com. This is a judged skill-based video contest, not a random drawing.
2. Eligibility
Open to U.S. residents aged 18 or older when entering, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor employees, judges, and their immediate household members are ineligible. Entrants must have a valid email address and a publicly accessible video link.
3. Entry dates
Inaugural round: November 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time through November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Future rounds are planned for each calendar month, beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET on the first and closing at 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day. The first winner announcement is planned for December 5, 2026, subject to verification.
4. How to enter โ MCD required
Create an original 15โ90 second fishing-related video clearly showing an authentic MCD in use. Post the video publicly on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook. Clearly state Contest Entry at the beginning of your caption and include #MCD100Contest and #ContestEntry. If MCD provided a free device, disclose that gift clearly. When applicable, make the contest incentive clear in the video itself. Submit the direct video URL through the entry form on this page during the entry period. Select the MCD version shown: free prototype, Twist-Off, or Twist-Lock. You may use a device you own, received as a gift, or borrowed. One entry per person per monthly round. Entries outside the stated monthly entry window do not qualify. The video must remain publicly accessible through winner verification. No entry fee is charged.
5. Video standards
Your video must be your original work, feature an MCD device in use, and be suitable for a general audience. You do not need to catch a fish. Do not include illegal or dangerous conduct, animal cruelty, harassment, personal information, or material you lack permission to use. Obtain permission from recognizable people shown in the video. Use only music, footage and other content for which you have the necessary rights, including rights for Sponsor reposting. Follow applicable fishing laws and safety rules.
6. Judging and tie-breaks
Three Sponsor-appointed judges score eligible entries using a 100-point rubric: creativity and entertainment (40 points), MCD demonstration and creative use (30 points), fishing story (20 points), and video presentation (10 points). The highest average score wins. Ties are broken by higher creativity score, then higher MCD demonstration score, then higher fishing-story score, then higher video-presentation score. If still tied, the three judges independently rescore the tied videos on creativity and document their decision. No random tie-breaks are used. Judges retain scoring records. Likes, views, and follower counts are not scoring factors.
7. Prize and winner verification
One eligible winner per monthly round receives US $100 through a lawful payment method arranged with Sponsor. The selected winner will be contacted at the submitted email address and must respond within seven calendar days. Sponsor may request verification of age, residency, eligibility, and ownership of the video. If verification fails or the selected entrant does not respond, Sponsor may choose the next highest-scoring eligible entrant. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
8. Content permissions and privacy
Entrants retain ownership of their videos. Sponsor's reposting license does not override any third-party music or content rights. By entering, entrants grant Sponsor a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to repost or feature the submitted public video and social handle for contest promotion and winner announcements, subject to applicable law. Entry information is used to administer the contest and contact entrants, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
9. Fair play and platform disclaimer
Duplicate submissions, impersonation, fraudulent activity, automated entries, or manipulation may lead to disqualification. Sponsor may address technical disruptions fairly, consistent with applicable law. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook.

PRE-LAUNCH COMPLIANCE NOTICE: Sponsor legal name and mailing address remain to be added. The availability of a reasonably accessible no-purchase way to participate with an MCD, and state-specific eligibility requirements, must be confirmed before nationwide launch. These rules are not yet certified as legally compliant.
